Mental Healthcare That Sees the Whole Person
Introducing Row’s integrated continuum of care
Four Pillars of Care
Neuro-Affirming · Integrated · Individualized · Outcomes-Driven
Neuro-Affirming
Respecting neurological differences, celebrating individual strengths, and providing care that honors each person's identity and unique needs.
Integrated
Connecting psychiatry, psychotherapy, behavioral health, and intensive treatment programs to provide coordinated, comprehensive support.
Individualized
Partnering with individuals and families to create meaningful treatment goals that improve everyday life.
Outcomes-Driven
Combining clinical expertise, research-informed interventions, and measurable progress to deliver accountable, high-quality care.
A Continuum of Behavioral Healthcare
Outpatient · ABA/IBHS · IOP · PHP · Interventional Psychiatry
Different moments call for different levels of support. ROW connects care across a continuum so families and professionals can identify what fits now—and understand what may come next.
Prevention & Early Intervention → Outpatient Psychiatry & Therapy → Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) → Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Autism and neurodevelopmental expertise supports care across the continuum. ROW’s pediatric continuum includes neurodiversity-affirming psychiatric PHP/IOP with interdisciplinary autism and behavioral expertise. The psychiatric condition determines the level of care; neurodevelopmental needs inform how care is delivered. ABA/IBHS is a distinct service with its own assessment and access pathway.
Outpatient
Psychiatry and medication management, therapy, and group support for children, adolescents, and adults.
ABA/IBHS
Neurodiversity-affirming behavioral support designed around strengths, communication, development, sensory needs, and individual goals. Specialized programs include Brave Bites, Little Learners, social and emotional skills programming, and school/community partnerships.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
More structured support when traditional outpatient care is not enough, or during a transition from a higher level of care. Pediatric IOP serves children ages 5–13; adult IOP is a separate pathway.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
ROW’s pediatric PHP supports children ages 5–13 who need more structure and clinical support while remaining connected to home and community. The model emphasizes psychiatric stabilization, regulation, coping, caregiver involvement, school coordination, and thoughtful transitions.
Interventional Psychiatry
Adult care pathways include TMS and Spravato, alongside outpatient and intensive treatment options. Ask ROW about the appropriate service, location, eligibility, and coverage.
